Ecoplant is looking for an HR Business Partner, to support our internal Departments. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to create a meaningful team culture and make an impact every day.
Your TOP daily activities will be:
You’ll refocus organizational structure on strategic objectives Manage HR day-to-day operations in Israel and US, including employee onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, welfare, compensation and benefits, promoting the company on social media and other HR domains, to make sure HR operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
In every initiative you do – you’ll support the business and be impactful
You’ll understand the talent needs and execute on talent management strategies and plans
You’ll be proactive in identifying issues when they’re still small before impacting people and business
You’ll bring in metrics and rigorous data analysis based on business needs, to support decision making and planning
6+ years of experience in Human Resources Management including OD processes in global hi-tech organizations.
Experience in recruitment.
Fluent English – MUST.
Ability to work remotely with global groups and on-site (located in Hod-Hasharon)
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree- an advantage.
