HR Business Partner
About the position

Ecoplant is looking for an HR Business Partner, to support our internal Departments. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to create a meaningful team culture and make an impact every day.

Your TOP daily activities will be:
  • You’ll refocus organizational structure on strategic objectives Manage HR day-to-day operations in Israel and US, including employee onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, welfare, compensation and benefits, promoting the company on social media and other HR domains, to make sure HR operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • In every initiative you do – you’ll support the business and be impactful
  • You’ll understand the talent needs and execute on talent management strategies and plans
  • You’ll be proactive in identifying issues when they’re still small before impacting people and business
  • You’ll bring in metrics and rigorous data analysis based on business needs, to support decision making and planning

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Demonstrate solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Demonstrate project management and change management experience
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate empathy, emotionally and socially intelligent, build great relationships with people
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Experience supporting Technical teams
  • Excellent English (talk, read & write) 
  • Experience in dealing with changes in a dynamic and complex environment
  • A solution focused attitude - identify problems and find appropriate solutions
  • A strong drive to be a team player and create a positive work
