Technical Account Manager
About the position

Ecoplant is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help drive the company’s continued expansion in the United Stated by delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, and providing technical and analytical insights around our customers compressed air process.As a foundational member of the US team, this role will have direct access to company leadership and be responsible for bringing impact and return on investment to EcoPlant’s customer base.We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, proactive, a go-getter, passionate about what she or he does, and works well both independently and as a part of a team.

Your TOP daily activities will be:
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, creating new business opportunities and controlling the growing consumption of current and new Business.
  • Using your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers.
  • You work closely with the account team to establish active contacts with customers and prospects, maintain existing relationships and consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Partner effectively with sales executives in account development and play an active business role and technical role in the sales process for all customer engagements.
  • Provide feedback to product management for continuous product improvements/enhancements.
  • Interface with R&D team in Israel and contribute to company and product scalability by providing insight on customer challenges and solutions.
  • Consult with customers to build the proof of concept, annual plan, and key performance indicators for return on investment.
  • Execute the baseline proof of concept period and case studies
  • Proactively quantify savings and value to customers, consistently building a case for renewals and expansion
  • Ensure customers’ financial and sustainability goals are met.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial compressed air systems. 
  • 4-5 years of technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
  • Ability to prospect, identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities
  • Strong technical, sales, and listening skills.
  • Proven track record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on participating in the sales process.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with strategic customers and partner executives. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions
  • Full proficiency in Excel- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software



  • Experience with working in a SaaS-based company.
  • Prior experience conducting air audits
  • Experience working in a pre-sales position.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Good understanding of software development processes
